You've never been on beer run quite like this before! Kick off the fall and the end of the Fremont Oktoberfest celebration with the 10th annual Fremont Oktoberfest 5K presented by Pyramid Breweries, Sunday, September 23rd, 10:00 am at the Solstice Plaza. For those runners 21+ with ID, your race registration includes a thirst-quenching 12oz. can of Pyramid Hefeweizen post-run in the Pyramid Breweries Village Beer Garden!

The Course:

Brew HA-HA 5K It’s a race to the beer garden in the 10th annual Fremont Oktoberfest 5K, a Brew HA-HA of a Run! Runners will begin their quest for beer at the Solstice Plaza near the intersection of N. 34th Street and Fremont Ave N. Once the shot is fired, it’s off and going down N. 34th Street until Latona Ave NE where runners will turn down onto the Burke Gilman Trail. Runners will have the scenic Fremont Ship Canal whiz past them as they finish on Phinney Ave N and make their way into the MOViN Rehab Party and the Pyramid Breweries Village Beer Garden; the perfect elixir to quench that thirst!

Beer Belly Division:

Don’t let that Beer Belly stop you from running! Join the elite Beer Belly Division where you will be treated like Oktoberfest royalty.

If you are asking yourself, “How do I become a member of this highly acclaimed group of runners?” the answer is to just jump on a scale and see if you qualify for this prestigious position. Those men who are +220lbs. and women who are +175lbs. are eligible to enter this division. Besides earning the respect and admiration of fellow racers who recognize your achievements, you will be honored with the unfair advantage of starting first, and thus ensuring your possibility of getting to the beer finish line before the pack!

Team Division:

Team Division Bring your entourage (up to four people total) to this year’s race and compete for the team with the fastest time. The race times of all the team members are totaled up and averaged out to get your team's overall time. Gather your quickest sprinters and add some flair by coming in costume. May the fastest team win!

Street Scramble:

The ultimate scavenger hunt adventure in the Center of the Universe – Fremont!

Get ready for the race-adventure of a lifetime with the Brew HA-HA Street Scramble. Starting at 10:30 am on Sunday, September 23rd, you will be given thirty locations, each with a point value throughout the Fremont area. The quest is to visit as many as you can, on foot, in 90 minutes. In teams or solo, competitive or casual, discover the mysteries of the Center of the Universe in this captivating event.
Ribbons will be awarded to winners in Men, Women, Mixed, 50+, Family, Junior, and Corporate categories.

Teams:

Any team with a child 12 and under is $40 maximum for the entire team. Teams without a child 12 and under pays individual fee. Put your noggins together and come up with a creative team name and remember to let us know what you came up with when filling out the registration!

Pre-Event Registration:

$20 General (21+ years)
$10 Youth (13-21 years)
$5 Kids (6-12 years)
$40 Family Team (with child under 12 years)
Kids 5 and under are free!

On-Site Registration (begins at 8:00am day-of):
