Lagunitas Brewing Co.
From our earliest days of striving to make consistently good beer, and instead making beer that ranged from vile, to barely drinkable, to wonderful, to elegant, to questionable-at-best. From being castigated by our West Marin neighbors to finally suffering an 'eviction' by our West Marin septic system. From landing in the welcoming arms of Petaluma, and actually getting our beer into bottles, onto the streets, and into the hands of sympathatic beer geeks, to steadily losing less money each month. From all this and more, Lagunitas Brewing Company is emerging as a battle-tested brewery capable of making great beer out of goat's milk, brambles, and asphalt on the surface of the Moon, if need be.

From a modest start in a former transmission shop in Ballard, Redhook has become one of America’s most recognized craft breweries. While Redhook has “grown up” over the past 30 years, one thing has never changed – Redhook’s still brewing great beers and making sure they’re having fun doing it.

Roslyn Brewing Company
The Roslyn Brewing Company has been brewing hand-crafted and full-flavored beers in the old world tradition since 1990. Our beers are excellent, full-bodied, German-style lagers reminiscent of those brewed by the immigrant miners in our hometown of Roslyn, Washington at the turn of the century. We use only the finest ingredients, including malted barley grown in the Northwest, hops grown in the Yakima Valley, and ice cold snow-fed water from the heart of the Cascades, to produce a full-bodied brew with a flavor that some say has been missing in domestic beers since the enactment of Prohibition.
#1 Roslyn Dark Lager

Roslyn Beer is our original brew and flagship brand. This mild dark lager, with a distinct character, closely resembles the lager handcrafted by the German brewmeisters at the original Roslyn Brewery and Malting Company one hundred years ago. If it were an ale, it would probably be classified as a porter. Don’t let the color fool you though, it goes down lighter than it looks. We use our own recipe of Roslyn water, fresh from the Cascade Mountains, six types of malted barley and three hop varieties to produce this smooth lager.

Samuel Adams - The Boston Beer Company
The Boston Beer Company began in 1984 with a generations-old family recipe that Founder and Brewer Jim Koch uncovered in his father’s attic. After bringing the recipe to life in his kitchen, Jim brought it to bars with the belief that drinkers would appreciate a complex, full-flavored beer, brewed fresh in America. That beer was Samuel Adams Boston Lager®. Today, the Company brews more than 21 styles of beer. The Company uses the traditional four vessel brewing process and often takes extra steps like dry-hopping and a secondary fermentation known as krausening.
